Our expert glassmakers respectfully mix a small amount of cremated ash with a chosen colour of glass and encapsulate the ash in the glass to make a wonderful lasting memory. How To Order
Select how many glass pieces and colours you would like and add them to the cart and checkout.
Colour Options
Colour options: Please select a colour preference from the below which is mixed with a hint of white glass along with the ash:
Blue
Pink
Amber
Green
Red
Apples orders do not have a colour preference but made with various greens and soft red colours.
If you cannot find the perfect colour choice, please email us to discuss. We also offer Glass bowls and bespoke glass.
Engraving is available, please email for more information. The paperweight can be engraved on the top, bottom or around the side as you prefer. Each piece is handcrafted and may differ slightly from the image shown.
Ash Deliver
- Put your ash into a clean plastic bag. We require one heap table spoon amount of ash per glass item.
- Enclose the ash with a print out of your order or cover letter with the order number, name and delivery address.
- Post to SALT glass by Royal Signed for Delivery or other signed for postal service.
- Address SALT glass studios, Studio 24, Roundtree Close, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 8SX
Once we complete the glass making we return the finished glass to you by prepaid Royal Mail Signed for Delivery.
This is a bespoke service so may take approx 6-8 weeks.

SALT glass offer families the unique experience of creating themselves a glass paperweight using cremated ash as a perfect way to remember a loved one or pet.
Our expert glassmakers teach families how to mix a small amount of cremated ash with a chosen colour glass to make a wonderful glass paperweight as a lasting memory.
Order online and then email SALT to book a course date.
Once courses are booked families bring human and animal ash in a clean plastic bag to the studio. We require approx a teaspoon full of ash for each paperweight.
