SALT is a glass studio, gallery and course provider located in Norwich run by glass artists from the Royal College of Art and Slade School, UCL.

Creating contemporary design ware and commissions SALT glass use traditional processes from kiln fusing, casting, glass blowing.

Book from an exciting range of courses throughout the year suitable for five years + . Students learn traditional glassmaking and create unique glass work for their home interiors or as gifts.

We offer short tasters from bauble, paperweights and fusing, to half and one day courses in glass blowing, fusing, casting. SALT also offer parties, corporate group bookings & bespoke courses.

SALT’s online Gallery showcases a selection of glass-print collections. SALT glass create collections for various local and international retail outlets and designers including Kelling Design, Selfridges, NetaPorter and exhibit widely, National Glass Centre, British Glass Biennale, London Craft Week, Contemporary Glass Society, Clerkenwell Design Week, Kettle’s Yard Gallery.

SALT has over twenty years experience working with leading designers and art organisations. Clients include artists, designers, organisations and individuals, most notably Mulberry, Thomas Heatherwick, Alexander McQueen, Gold Star, O2, Horniman Museum, National Art Gallery (Guyana), Drinking Factory Lab, Raymond Blanc, PNW Architecture, Johnny Roxburgh Design Ltd, Star Light Design, PAI Group.
