This Bauble Collection commissioned by @10downingstreet design is inspired by the iconic and most famous door in the world. No.10 Downing Street in London. The collection was commissioned to present to the Prime Minister at Downing Street as part of a Winter Showcase as part of @greatcampaign of the best of UK small business.
The Prime Minister and his wife were delighted with the bauble collection, which were also hung on the Christmas tree outside Downing street. This collection can now be purchased from our website. Each bauble is hand blown so will be unique and based in the original design containing the black and white and minimal colour accents of the original No.10 Bauble collection.
Commissioning No.10 Glass Baubles
The design brief was based on the No 10 door to be known as ‘The No10 Bauble’ as a set of 10.The brief was to design the baubles using black and white and minimal colour accents to reflect the No10 door, with the treatment of the colours to be left to the artistry of the glassmakers and traditional glass processes.
